Indiana Reciprocity

Indiana employs a reciprocity system to recognize Indiana citizens who take an approved training course out of state (both civilian and military).  In 2008, this system resulted in 127 Indiana residents receiving Indiana state recognition for course completion in out of state programs.  This provided potential training spaces for other Indiana residents in 11 training courses that otherwise may not have been available if approved out of state training was not recognized by the State.  Savings to the State Program totaled $13,970.00.  If you are interested in how Indiana administers its reciprocity program, please contact John Bodeker at 317-232-0893 or jbodeker@doe.in.gov.
