The following pages provide a listing of motorcycle safety awareness materials currently being used by states which address the issues of motorist awareness, rider skills training, use of proper protective equipment and the importance of having the proper license endorsement. While this list does not represent all the materials available nationwide, it does highlight most materials provided by 25 state motorcycle safety programs.

Since the purpose of this Idea Sampler is to provide states with ideas to promote their Motorcycle Safety Week/Month activities, focusing primarily on motorist awareness, it was not possible to feature all materials dealing with other topics individually. Therefore, please contact the program listed for further information on any resources presented in this section. A list of state program contacts is provided on pages 32-36 of this Idea Sampler.
