| Vendors who would like access to conference sessions, and meals for one person, must pay the early conference registration fee of $170 for SMSA Members or $195 for Non-SMSA Members. Conference registration fees received after July 15, 2008 are considered late and the late conference registration fees apply. Late conference registration fees for SMSA members is $195 and $220 for Non-SMSA members. This is in addition to the vendor registration fees required for vendor space. Vendor Registration fee is $225. Fee includes one vendor space with skirted table, chairs and draping. Additional vendor spaces offered based on availability and SMSA approval. For electricity and other requirements, contact The Billings Hotel and Convention Center directly at 406-248-7151.
