Self-Nomination

I have been involved with the SMSA since it was created in 1984 (Beth Weaver and I were the first co-chairpersons). I have over 30 years experience in the field of motorcycle safety. I currently serve on several NHTSA and AAMVA committees and have been on 18 technical assessments for Motorcycle Safety Programs. I also teach the NHTSA Coordination and Administration of a Comprehensive Motorcycle Safety Program course for TSI. I believe SMSA is an organization that has great potential for promoting and advancing motorcycle safety and rider training.
