SMSA 2012 Business Meeting

The SMSA will be conducting a member's business meeting from 8:30 AM till 12:00 PM (noon) on August 24 at the Music City Sheraton in Nashville, Tennessee. All State Voting, Supporting Associate, Professional, Corporate, Supporting and Emeritus Associate members are invited to participate in this business meeting.

Members planning to participate in this business meeting need to complete the attached SMSA 2012 Members' Annual Meeting Registration. Please submit your completed form to the SMSA office at office@smsa.org or by mail to:

A free continental breakfast will be available for members from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. A member's lunch is also available on Friday. The fee for the member's lunch is $35 and must be paid when registering for the meeting.

Members are encouraged to submit agenda topics.

Nominations for SMSA Executive Committee Members

Nominations are now being accepted for Executive Committee Representatives. Nominations
or announcement of candidacy should be made in writing to the Chair of the Nominations
Committee, Sunshine Gillett, and submitted to the SMSA business office by June 1, 2012. Click here for more information about nominations.
